Oftmals haben hat unsere leckere Pizza, viele Kalorien, kaum irgendeinen Bestandteil der gesund sein könnte und dazu auch noch viel Fett.
Locker hat eine kleine Pizza aus der Pizzeria mal eben 800 oder mehr Kalorien. Wir zeigen euch wie es auch gesünder geht.
Hierzu braucht ihr folgende Zutaten:
Teig Zutaten :
75 gr. Geschmacksneutrales Protein Pulver
25 gr. Dinkelmehl (+ etwas Mehl zum ausrollen )
65 gr. Magerquark
eine Prise Salz
5 gr. Backpulver
Pizza Sauce:
100 ml. Passierte Tomaten
2 gr. Knoblauch
Oregano, Salz, Pfeffer und optional etwas Zwiebelgranulat
kleiner Tipp : nicht an den Gewürzen sparen!
Belag:Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Champignons, Paprika und 30 gr. Light Käse
Die trockenen Zutaten zuerst vermengen und anschließend den Magerquark dazugeben. Danach das ganze zu Anfang mit einem Löffel verrühren und dann mit Fingerspitzengefühl den Teig zu einer Teigkugel formen. Danach einfach den Teig ausrollen, immer mal wieder mit etwas Mehl benetzen und zu guter letzt belegen.
Die Pizza wird bei vorgeheiztem Backofen ca. 15 Minuten bei 200 Grad Umluft gebacken. ( Je nach dicke des Bodens )
Tipp: Lieber kürzer als länger backen, da der Teig sonst trocken wird.
